We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Pick Support Associate to support our order fulfillment operation by minimizing picker downtime and maintaining inventory accuracy. This role serves as the first responder to pick bin inventory issues, quickly resolving shortages and discrepancies to keep order picking running efficiently. The ideal candidate is experienced operating a cherry picker forklift with strong problem-solving skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: • Respond immediately to picker callouts involving empty pick bins, inventory shortages, incorrect product, or damaged merchandise. • Operate a Cherry Picker (Order Picker) forklift to retrieve product from backstock and replenish locations. • Correct inventory discrepancies while ensuring pick bin inventory remains physically and systemically accurate. • Use RF scanners and Warehouse Management System (WMS) transactions to complete replenishments and inventory adjustments. • Record and document inventory discrepancies for root cause investigation. • Perform cycle counts on backstock locations to identify and classify inventory issues. • Partner with Inventory Control and warehouse leadership to verify discrepancies and improve inventory accuracy. • Prioritize active picker support while balancing documentation and inventory investigation responsibilities. • Safely operate material handling equipment while working at elevated heights. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Support other warehouse operations as business needs require. Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience: 1+ year of Cherry Picker (Order Picker) forklift experience required. • Previous warehouse inventory, replenishment, or cycle counting experience preferred. • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining inventory accuracy. • Ability to quickly prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Comfortable making independent decisions while following established procedures. • Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred. • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs., stand, bend, twist, and walk throughout the shift. • Comfortable working at elevated heights. • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
