This position provides high-quality customer service while supporting daily housing operations. The Front Desk Assistant assists residents in person, by phone, and via email; performs administrative and operational tasks; and helps create a welcoming residential environment. Minimum Education and Experience High school graduate or equivalent. A minimum of six months of office and/or customer service experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Will greet and provide excellent customer service at a front desk of a University Housing building. • Provide in-person, phone, and email customer service related to Housing and resident needs. • Work will include checking in residents, receiving and delivering packages/mail, and assisting with general inquiries of residents. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. • Administrative tasks. • Conduct building escorts and building inspections. • Assist with move-in operations. • Other duties as assigned.
