Your Typical Day Pick & Pack: Use a wrist scanner to locate and pick orders quickly and accurately. Prepare for Transport: Wrap loads securely by hand or with a machine, and secure them to trucks with load locks to ensure safe delivery. Safety First: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and "chariots" (certification provided). Inventory Care: Stock incoming freight and ensure all load documentation is complete and accurate. Bonus Potential This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus based on individual and team performance. What You Bring to the Table Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. frequently and up to 60 lbs. rarely. Strength: Must have a hand grip force of at least 50 lbs. in each hand and the ability to pull a pallet jack requiring 75 lbs. of pull. Agility: Frequent walking, standing, crouching, and occasional climbing of step ladders. Reliability: High School Diploma (or equivalent) and the ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
