Customer Service Representative

We're hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our Member and Provider Services team. This role is a volume-driven customer service and production-based role that handles the daily activities involved in running a health insurance company including customer interactions and back office tasks

As a Customer Service Manager, you are a key member of the Intix Customer Excellence Team. Depending on the service agreement, a client may be entitled to a dedicated Customer Service Manager. Proficiency in customer service software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

No sales, this is a customer service role. Job Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative. Provide exceptional customer service to our policyholders, addressing their inquiries and requests promptly and accurately.

Customer service or sales experience preferred. Provide information about available products and services. Assist customers in selecting solutions that meet their needs.
