Virtual Medical Assistant Salvo Health is looking for experienced Medical Assistants to join the team! We are searching for MA's that are experienced in working remotely and making outbound calls to patients. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Medical Assistant to provide administrative support to our care team. This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and the ability to efficiently manage tasks in a remote work environment. The Virtual Medical Assistant will be responsible for making out-bound calls to patients to conduct intake meetings, will manage documentation in electronic health records (EHRs) including orders and monthly notes, triaging patient messages, and scheduling patient appointments, all while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. What You Will Do • Conduct outbound calls to patients to complete patient intake calls • Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and follow-ups • Handle medical records, data entry, and documentation in EHR systems • Monitor, triage, and respond to incoming member messages • Ensure all patient records are accurately entered into the EHR system and update them as needed • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality • Provide general administrative support to care team and patients • Manage patient tasks to ensure timely documentation and communication for all patients Qualifications • Proven experience as a medical assistant, virtual medical assistant, or administrative support role in a healthcare setting • Experience working with GI conditions preferred • Experience working in a remote setting • Experience making out-bound calls to patients • Strong familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems (e.g., Epic, eCW, gGastro) • Experience in message triaging, charting, or medical documentation • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently • Familiarity with telemedicine platforms is a plus. $18 - $22 an hour Salvo is a new approach to help millions of Americans facing chronic health conditions, centered on chronic gut health and metabolic conditions from IBS to obesity. UPS is seeking Package Delivery Drivers to safely operate delivery trucks and deliver packages to residential and commercial customers on an assigned route. Drivers are responsible for loading and unloading packages, following a scheduled delivery route, operating a UPS delivery vehicle, and providing excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups. Drivers must be comfortable driving a delivery truck, and some locations may require the ability to drive a manual transmission delivery vehicle. This position requires passing a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam and maintaining a valid driver's license with a clean driving record in accordance with UPS and DOT regulations. This position typically pays $45 per hour or more for full-time UPS package delivery drivers, with additional overtime pay available during peak seasons.Drivers are responsible for meeting daily delivery quotas, using handheld scanners to track and confirm deliveries, following all UPS safety procedures, lifting and carrying packages, and maintaining a professional appearance while representing UPS.
