Pay Rate: $13 per hour (plus tips - cash and mobile) with regular bonus opportunities What We Offer: • Participation in and financial benefit from our shared employee ownership program • Instant offers – standout candidates can receive conditional offers immediately after their interview • Great tips featuring both cash and mobile tipping, and regular bonus opportunities for those who are eligible • Consistent schedules • For those who are eligible to enroll: Medical, Vision, Dental, and 401(k) plan benefits • For those who are eligible: Paid Time Off, Vacation Pay, and Paid Holidays • Training and professional development opportunities Key Responsibilities of Shuttle Drivers: • Safely transport up to 15 passengers to and from the airport terminal and TPS parking locations while adhering to all safe driving practices • Perform the appropriate pre-trip and post-trip inspections • Greet each customer with a smile, offering to assist with their luggage • Provide pleasant customer service • Demonstrate knowledge of the facility and airport terminals • Cooperate with all team members to provide the best possible service • May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management • Comply with all applicable regulations and requirements governing operation of commercial vehicles • Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management Knowledge, Skills, & Experience of Shuttle Drivers: • Must be at least 21 years of age • High school education or equivalent • Previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred • Currently holds and is able to maintain a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Employee Handbook • Currently holds the applicable licenses or badges as required by governing authorities to operate a commercial vehicle • Must be willing to pass a physical as part of the selection process as required by airport, federal DOT and/or state regulations • Can read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records in compliance with the DOT regulations that require these skills • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds to assist with luggage with or without an accommodation At The Parking Spot, we don't just accept difference - we celebrate and seek it. A Receiver/Loader is required to unload and load incoming and outgoing trailers by following standard operating procedures (SOP) which may include, sorting, palletizing, and moving product. DC Warehouse (Equipment): While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to stand, walk, talk and hear. The employee frequently lifts and/or moves up to 60 pounds. The employee operates powered equipment requiring use of both hands as well as full range of motion of the neck, head and back. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, grasp and perform repetitive hand, wrist and arm motions. The employee is frequently required to climb stairs, kneel/squat, bend and carry. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Employee may be required to wear a headset covering one or both ears. Employee will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment such as a protective harness while operating equipment. Basic English literacy is required for operation of machines and necessary daily paperwork. Work environment is moderately noisy. The employee is occasionally required to work near conveyor systems. There is exposure to dust and changes in weather conditions. Work is performed under typical warehouse conditions. Potential hazards exist with regard to machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, mechanized systems, etc. Work environment is hectic and fast-paced. The employee is regularly exposed to ambient lighting and can be exposed to extreme heat and extreme cold including climates consistent with outside weather conditions.
