About the Role: Campus Driver/Maintenance As a Campus Driver you will play a key role in supporting the health, happiness and daily experience of the residents at Edgewater in West Des Moines. In this role you will: • Engage with residents by providing safe, friendly transportation services in WesleyLife provided vehicle. • Track vehicle maintenance and usage logs • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections • Assist maintenance team with supply organization and completion of routine, non-specialized tasks. Cashier As a Cashier you are accountable for the customer service and sales experience including: maintaining checkout standards; assisting with general operations such as Omnichannel, recovery and inventory; and upholding performance standards relative to shrink/safety and meeting performance standards associated with the role. Primary Responsibilities: • Customer Service & Sales - Greets and assists customers while providing excellent customer service. Demonstrates WORTH behaviors consistently.
