Job description
To support data governance initiatives, the remote Data Steward (Custodian) will manage technical metadata, perform lineage analysis, and oversee data remediation activities across enterprise data platforms.Key responsibilitiesDocument and maintain technical metadata across enterprise data assetsPerform end-to-end lineage analysis and support data remediation efforts with engineering and business teamsAnalyze data quality and operational data issues while validating data movement and transformationsRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Governance, Data Engineering, or Data AnalysisStrong experience with technical metadata documentation, data lineage analysis, and data issue remediationProficient in SQL and database managementExperience working with cloud data platforms and data warehouses, particularly in Property & Casualty Insurance
