Customer Service Representative, Work from Home The Customer Service team assists insureds, individuals, service providers, and adjusters with claim payments processed by One Inc. To do well in this role, you need to be a people-person who is detail oriented and has a strong interest inexceeding expectations. Responsibilities: • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. • Respond promptly to customer inquiries. • Communicate with customers through various channels (i.e., phone, email, chat, etc.). • Resolve customer complaints and de-escalate situations or escalate to team lead or Manager and/or other internal resources necessary • Knowledgeable in our products and services • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. • Communicate and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support. This hybrid position is primarily responsible for maintaining shop cleanliness, washing and preparing vehicles, and assisting technicians and staff with general shop tasks. A smaller but important portion of the role involves supporting the parts department by checking in incoming parts, verifying accuracy and quality, and organizing parts for efficient workflow. This position is ideal for someone who is detail ? oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast ? paced automotive environment. While prior experience is helpful, we are willing to train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Body Shop Porter Duties • Wash, vacuum, and detail customer vehicles before and after repairs • This includes washing and detailing the interior and exterior of vehicles, including under-hood inspection and clean-up, clean door and trunk jams, windows and wheels cleaned, and truck beds rinsed out, etc. • Thoroughly check that all blends are properly buffed • Confirm all lights and blinkers work correctly • Deliver vehicles for work to be completed by outside vendors and retrieve when completed • May pick up from or deliver parts to outside vendors. • Assist with customer vehicle drop ? off and pick ? up when required • Effectively communicate with techs on what was done • Move vehicles in and out of the shop, parking areas, and staging zones • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, bays, and common areas • Empty trash, sweep floors, and assist with general facility upkeep • Support technicians by delivering tools, supplies, or materials as needed • Perform basic lot organization, including parking and tagging vehicles Parts Inventory Assistant Duties • Receive and check in incoming parts deliveries • Verify part numbers, quantities, and accuracy against repair orders • Inspect parts for damage, defects, or quality issues • Label, store, and organize parts in designated areas • Communicate discrepancies or damaged parts to the Estimator. • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized parts storage area • Help track parts status and ensure technicians receive correct components Qualifications • A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service. • Previous experience in a Body Shop environment is desired. • Able to stand or walk on hard surfaces for the majority of shift in all types of weather while exposed to elevated noise, vibration, and chemicals. Must be able to stoop, bend, and twist on a daily basis. • Ability to perform in a physical position (please review physical requirements below). • Able to safely operate a wide variety of cars, trucks, SUVs, and vans, including both automatic and manual transmissions. • Strong attention to detail, especially when verifying parts • Have a valid driver's license. • Pass a motor vehicle report and possess a safe driving record. • Pass a criminal background check and drug test. • Also subject to random drug testing, reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing, and post-accident testing at the company's request. The employee is occasionally required to work in a seated position, climb or balance and taste or smell. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. This position is primarily a shop based, hands on role that will require computer work, attention to detail and physical labor. Team Members regularly works 45-50 hours per week. While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles and chemicals.
