Most of these questions concern Downloading, Logging In, Getting Started with Basic Navigation, Importing Documents, Printing and Filing and very basic Tax questions. We'll give you amazing continuous support for everything.ResponsibilitiesAnswer customer queries about TurboTax products and tax return software.Assist with basic navigation, document import, printing, filing, and general tax questions.Handle certification processes and training as a TurboTax Product Expert.Build and manage flexible schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST Monday to Sunday.Work at least 25 hours per week; optional extra hours available.Participate in live calls with assigned SME and support Marketplace Performance Specialist.QualificationsNo specific accounting background required.Enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and help customers.Strong communication skills and empathy.Ability to understand customers' needs and provide clear solutions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
