Position Summary: Who We Are: Guest Worldwide is a leading global manufacturer and distributor to the Travel and Leisure industry, providing products to over 25,000 hotels in 109 countries. The Customer Service Representative provides customer and Territory Managers (TMs) support with the sales of hotel and operational supplies. Primary Responsibilities: Customer & Territory Manager Support: • Answer incoming calls and emails from TMs. Research and provide information such as estimated time of arrival (ETA), customer history data, order tracking, delivery issues, proof of delivery, etc. • Provide customer with order history information (i.e., item #, quantity, etc.) and pricing. • Process orders (including new, cancellation or additions to current order), invoices, credits/returns and respond to customers' inquiries. • Enter and update vendor drop ship orders, including vendor manufacturer ID, cost of goods, color specifications, sizes, etc. • Back Orders - If item is out of stock, check ETA. If not readily available, check availability of stock to determine if shipment can wait, needs to be pulled from another Distribution Center or substituted with a replacement item. • Research and obtain ETA, proof of delivery, shipment tracking and information on returns and other request as needed. • Prepare and send customer order acknowledgments. • Inform TM and customer of standard procedures, order status and/or resolution of problems, if applicable. Follow up, either verbally or in writing to ensure proper customer satisfaction. Problem Resolution • Review and resolve issues with customer orders such as delivery issues, shipment discrepancy and back orders. Review and process Adjustment Request Form or Return Material Authorization following approval. Review any exceptions to Company's standard shipping policies with management. Training • Regularly participate in Sysco Interactive University (SIU), vendor and other company training programs. Communicate regularly with internal Departments : • Accounting - update on orders for Release on Hold. • Purchasing - tracking and proof of delivery, ETA on drop shipments, items discontinued for delivery replacement items Minimum Education, Including Degrees & Certifications: • High School diploma or GED required. College degree preferred. Minimum Experience (Years & Type of Experience): • 2 years' Customer Service experience, including working knowledge of shipping procedures and practices; inventory control processes, procedures and practices; and inventoried product line specifications (dimensions, weight, etc.). • Call Center experience a plus. Skills & Abilities (Years & Type of Experience): • Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and professional interactive skills are necessary to perform at a high degree of proficiency. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from suppliers, customers, management and inter-department staff. Capable of working with internal staff from other departments in a proactive and constructive manner. • Customer Service - Respond promptly to requests for service and assistance as needed. DCH is hiring Nurse Surveyors! The Healthcare Facility Regulation Division (HFRD) is looking for Nurse Surveyors to help inspect healthcare facilities for rules and regulations compliance. Minimum requirements include being a Registered Professional Nurse, OR having a Bachelor's degree in nursing from accredited college or university, AND 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. DCH is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Compliance Nurse 2, Long-Term Care Unit with the Healthcare Facility Regulation Division. This is a homebased position that will document and conduct on-site surveys and require regional travel. Regional travel may require up to 90% overnight travel. Occasional weekend and after-hours work may also be required. If you reside in the counties listed below, you are eligible for a 15% geographic pay supplement. Please note, this supplement is applicable to positions that are in long-term care units. Banks, Barrow, Bartow, Carroll, Cherokee, Clarke, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, Dawson, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Hall, Haralson, Henry, Jackson, Lumpkin, Newton, Oconee, Paulding, Pickens, Polk, Rockdale, Spalding, Walton, White The Compliance Nurse 2, under general to limited supervision, conducts on-site surveys of long term care facilities regulated by the state to determine compliance with applicable state and/or federal rules and regulations. This position may be asked to survey other facility types as needed. Surveys are conducted either independently or as a part of a multi-disciplinary team using both an automated and a written survey process to review the quality of nursing care delivered in federal and state long term care facilities (i.e., nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities). Job responsibilities include: • Reviews, monitors and ensures compliance with assigned program area's policies and procedures. • Evaluates highly complex medical situations and prepares survey documents under strict deadlines. • Leads, plans, organizes, and directs all nursing activities in assigned facility. • Responsible for the quality of nursing care delivered in hospitals, public health facilities, and community based programs. • Directs subordinate supervisors and staff. • Provides staff development including orientation, in-service training, workshops and continuing education for all levels of nursing staff. • Reviews state, federal, and other regulatory standards information in order to direct the quality improvement activities and achieve compliance. • Plans and organizes the survey according to the facility's services, size and compliance history. • Gathers data to determine compliance with applicable guidelines through on-site interviews with facility staff and/or clients, observation of procedures, inspection of environment and/or equipment, and review of applicable records. • Compiles report of findings and deficiencies with appropriate evidence to support deficiency. • Recommends adverse action if appropriate and notifies facility of findings. • Reviews and monitors facility's Plan of Correction to determine compliance with applicable guidelines and timeliness of corrective action. • Focuses survey in response to the priority of client's needs and/or complaints, and as findings emerge, changes survey focus accordingly. • Coordinates activities with appropriate agencies. • May assist in providing training and guidance to new employed surveyors. • Expected to remain current on both federal and state requirements for long term care facilities through regular training and review of materials. • May serve as team lead worker • Other duties as assigned. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university and five (5) years of experience as a Registered Nurse, two (2) years of which in an administrative or supervisory capacity and current Georgia license as a Registered Professional Nurse; or eight (8) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (HCP073) or position equivalent, two (2) years of which in an environment related to the area of assignment, four (4) years of which as a supervisor and current Georgia license as a Registered Professional Nurse. Note: Some positions may require a certification or licensure. Possession of a valid Georgia driver's license, which would enable the applicant to drive in Georgia, and use of a car at work, are required for employees in this job. Position requires extensive statewide and overnight travel (90%). Occasional weekend and after-hours work may also be required. Note: After hire, this position is required to successfully complete all preparatory training provided, including successful completion of the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test within the first 12 months of employment as required by Sections 1819(g) (2) (C) (ii) of the Social Security Act, as amended, and Article IV (B) of the Agreement pursuant to Section 1864 of the Social Security Act. Upon successful completion of the SMQT, this position is eligible for a pay increase.
