This role will collaborate lightly with our team for input, but take ownership from concept to publication. Responsibilities: • Write engaging, well-structured social copy in fluent English • Clip, edit, and publish short-form video from existing material (e.g., using Klap or similar tools) • Create simple graphics using Figma • Research, test, and manage scheduling tools (e.g., AuthorUp) • Use UTM parameters to track social links and report on website traffic driven • Monitor content performance across platforms to refine strategy and increase engagement • Assist in writing intro/outro scripts and branding for recurring content series • You'll be provided with rough ideas, outlines, or raw material - your role is to turn those into polished posts, clips, or visuals ready for review and scheduling. In this customer service role, you will interact directly with customers to answer questions, solve problems, provide education, and maintain our company's reputation for high-quality service. This includes new patient enrollment, verification of insurance coverage, performing benefit investigations and processing of medication orders for both new and existing patients. As a Pharmacy Care Rep, you will: • Conduct inbound or outbound phone calls to patients regarding complex Specialty medication orders, benefits verification, and new patient enrollment. • Coordinate and process requests for new and refill order shipments. Collect appropriate information needed to ensure insurance coverage for patient medication orders • Verify eligibility, prior authorization, and other reimbursement requirements prior to shipment. • Assist in enrolling and tracking new customer referrals. • Provide explanation of CVS/Specialty services to new customers • Transfer/escalate clinical questions and issues to the staff pharmacist for resolution. This is a WORK FROM HOME position. This position is full-time 40 hours per week, offers overtime during our business peaks and pays based on experience. WiFi and satellite are not permitted. A secure and private home workspace free from distractions is required. • Must live in Pennsylvania.
