Energy Customer Care Agent (Work From Home) Location: New Jersey (Remote), must reside in the state of New Jersey Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm Pay Rate: $17.66 an hour Position Overview We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused Energy Customer Care Agents to join our dedicated energy team. In this work-from-home role, you will support utility customers by delivering exceptional service in a specialized, technical environment. Our team plays a critical role in helping customers and program participants successfully navigate energy efficiency programs. Preferred Qualifications • Case management and discharge planning experience preferred • 2 years' experience in behavioral health, social services or appropriate related field equivalent to program focus • Managed Care experience preferred • Effective communication, telephonic and organization skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently • Ability to effectively participate in a multi-disciplinary team including internal and external participants. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $21.10 - $44.99 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
