We are seeking a Call Center Agent to join our team! This position is responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of a great patient experience that exceeds the expectations of our callers and our clinic locations. This role will ensure company success by raising conversion rates from initial phone call to consultation as well as the handling of all other call types with empathy and a patient centric focus. Hybrid/Remote will be considered; however, you must live within 50 miles of Aliso Viejo to attend training, meetings, etc. in the office. Responsibilities • Answer telephone promptly in a polite and professional manner and exceed patient satisfaction. • Able to answer questions succinctly and professionally and evaluate when to escalate. • Ensure patients are booked for consultation during their first call to NVISION. • Presents in a professional and educated manner to all customers, patients, and Dr.'s that call in. • Place outbound calls timely and with enthusiasm to assist • Research and resolve issues to ensure patient retention and satisfaction. • Use sound judgment and empathy in handling calls, especially with upset patients. • Schedule appointments correctly - servicing multiple centers. • Maintains knowledge of company products and customer service processes • Ability to handle a Call Center environment: work quickly and multi-task. Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in high volume call center preferred but willing to train the right person • Ophthalmology experience would be helpful but not required. • Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish) #NVisionClinic Min USD $21.00/Hr. Nurse Reviewer Contract Duration: Initial 6-months Pay: $27.50/hr on W2 Start Date: 9/8/2026 Location: Fully Remote (US Only) LPN State License must be active and in good standing for theentirety of the assignment. Be prepared to share license at the time of offer acceptance Training: • Training is fully virtual with cameras expected to be on. Start time is 8 AM Eastern Time. Training period consists of 3 weeks in virtual classroom and at least 3 additional weeks of training audits with reduced scheduling. The duration of this training audit period is contingent upon meeting quality standards. • Once training is fully completed, some flexibility exists but standard business hours (8AM Eastern start time) is expected. • Role is fully virtual; this requires access to high-speed Wi-Fi/cable/DSL internet (must be private/secured connection), a dedicated area to work with minimal interruption, and a smart phone ( for authentication purposes) • Expected to be on camera for training and team meetings. Job Overview Review applications and medical documentation received from applicants/medical facilities to determine if Group Life or Disability insurance should be approved.
