Ensures the customer experience flows seamlessly.Functions & ResponsibilitiesCrew Development:Assists with training new Support AssociatesHelps foster a welcoming, fun, encouraging and energetic crew and customer environmentHelps in recruiting and referring top talent for the store's teamsSupports store and team-building activities with the management teamOperations:Maintains efficient merchandise controlsMaintains loss prevention awareness at all timesHelps maintain a clean and tidy store environmentMaintains well organized stockrooms, storage closets and off‑site spacesEnsures all merchandise shipments are properly received into MMS in a timely mannerOrganizes and replenishes all store suppliesReports supply ordering needs to Operations Manager or Captain (Store Manager)Processes all incoming and outgoing transfers in MMSSupports a seamless shipping schedule so that all customer sends leave the store in a timely mannerAudits sales associate send sales for proper proceduresEnsures merchandise replenishment occurs on a consistent daily basisHas full understanding of the POS systemFills and maintains boat area (Cash Wrap) and organizationSupports management team with UPS customer service issuesEnsures all shipping and receiving records are filed according to policyMerchandising:Helps to maintain merchandising as it pertains to company standards, current compass, and brand initiativesContributes to weekly product feedbackSupports merchandising manager to execute and maintain The CompassActs as a Crew Mate (Sales Associate) when needed.
