Overview Marc Jacobs International, powered by the creative genius of Marc Jacobs, seeks a Stock Associate to join its Orlando International Outlet location in Orlando, Florida . As Stock Associate, you will contribute to the store by maintaining the back-of-house operations and supporting the sales and management team. This position will report to the Store Manager.Responsibilities Ensure the stockroom and sales floor are maintained to company's visual and cleanliness standardsSupport store team to exceed customer expectationsResponsible for shipping & receiving of product deliveries on a weekly basisCommunicate shipment discrepancies to Store Manager in a timely manner to avoid errors in inventory levelsProcess internal product transfers and client orders in a timely manner to meet client expectationsPrepare and execute cycle counts of product categoriesPrepare stockroom & sales floor for annual inventoryResolve product inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustmentsQualifications 1+ years' retail experience with a focus on back-of-house responsibilitiesDemonstrated verbal and written communication skillsDelivers Excellence - demonstrates passion and empathy for clients, anticipates and exceeds client expectationsCultivate an Entrepreneurial Spirit - embraces change and new opportunities while remaining true to the DNA of Marc JacobsCreative & Innovative - promotes curiosity, diversity and collaboration – is open to disruptive ideasExcellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skillsComputer skills including operating a POS and navigating Microsoft Office suiteMust have flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidaysEssential Physical Requirements Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 poundsClimbing laddersRoutine standing for duration of shiftSalary & Benefits / What We Offer The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate's relevant skills and experience.
