DESCRIPTION Kona Ice of Central Iowa and Travelin' Tom's Coffee! We are looking for motivated and charismatic drivers to join our local Krew. We're looking to fill full- and part-time positions. Drivers must be at least 18 years old. This is a fast-paced and fun job in a growing company where each day will never be like the last. We participate in a wide variety of local activities, such as school events, sports, games, tournaments, large festivals, concerts, corporate events, neighborhood get-togethers, weddings, birthdays, and other unique events. Kona Ice drivers need to have flexible schedules with a focused priority on meeting the needs of our customers. We're seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products move safely, accurately, and efficiently through our warehouse while supporting both internal teams and customers. About the Role The Warehouse Operations Coordinator is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, preparing outbound orders, loading and unloading trucks, and assisting with customer pickups. This position helps maintain inventory accuracy, supports efficient warehouse operations, and ensures products are handled safely and correctly throughout the process. What You'll Do Receive, inspect and put-away incoming shipments (e.g. verify paperwork and quantities). Accurately select and prepare orders, including verifying inventory numbers. Build, wrap, and stage pallets for LTL and company vehicle deliveries. Use Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to set up LTL shipments. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Package and ship small parcel orders (e.g., UPS, Speedee). Mix special orders as needed. Assist customers with order placing, receiving payment and vehicle loading. Operate forklifts (e.g. stand-up, sit down) and other material handling equipment. Follow all verbal and written instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Assist with other duties as assigned. What You Bring Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures, and order documents. Basic math and computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Physical job demands include lifting, twisting, and standing for long periods. Ability to move and/or lift up to 50lbs on a continuous basis. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to workplace safety and product quality. Dependable. Ability to work overtime as needed. Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent. 13 years of warehouse experience, including, shipping and receiving.
