Clubhouse Food Runner Serves food and beverages according to established rules of etiquette and performs any and all other duties necessary to assure a memorable dining experience for all members and guests. 1. Checks daily function sheets for any special set-ups for member or private parties. 2. Reports to and receives any special instruction for the day's activities from the supervisor. 3. Tastes and memorizes special menu items and descriptions for each meal period. 4. Performs all side-work duties required for set-up for each meal period. 5. Takes beverage and food orders, if necessary. 6. Responsible for alerting supervisor to potential problems with over consumption of alcohol or underage drinking. 7.
