DESCRIPTION Kona Ice of Central Iowa and Travelin' Tom's Coffee! We are looking for motivated and charismatic drivers to join our local Krew. We're looking to fill full- and part-time positions. Drivers must be at least 18 years old. This is a fast-paced and fun job in a growing company where each day will never be like the last. We participate in a wide variety of local activities, such as school events, sports, games, tournaments, large festivals, concerts, corporate events, neighborhood get-togethers, weddings, birthdays, and other unique events. Kona Ice drivers need to have flexible schedules with a focused priority on meeting the needs of our customers. Overview The Delivery Specialist will maintain and operate store vehicles to deliver parts and/or products to professional customers in a safe and efficient manner. This position will also collect money on C.O.D. deliveries and pick up customer returns. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner. Use delivery fleet management hand‑held devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update vehicle mileage, and complete daily vehicle inspections. Keep vehicles clean, maintained, and perform daily inspections prior to operating. Secure delivery vehicles, keys, fuel/fleet credit cards, hand‑held devices, and collected monies at all times. Pick up customer returns—new, warranty, cores—and complete driver return slips. Communicate issues or special customer needs to store management. Report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, or damage immediately. Ensure fuel tank is filled, lock, and secure the vehicle at the end of the day. Clock in/out according to company policy.
