Are you a neat freak who takes pride in cleanliness and keeping a tidy and comfortable place? If so, we could use your help on our Sanitation Team!We are looking for people to volunteer to check the bathrooms every hour on the hour to make sure they are tidy and well equipped with toilet paper in all the stalls. This team will also need to check the grounds to make sure trash is in the bins. Responsibilities Essential Functions • Performs opening and closing clinic duties • Greets patients, checks in for appointments and verifies insurance • Scans documents into electronic health record • Maintains tidiness of waiting area and reception counter throughout the day • Checks schedules for added, canceled and no-show appointments throughout the day • Schedules follow up appointments as needed • Responds to designated tasks in the electronic health record • Orders clinic office supplies • Sells and tracks cosmetic products • Distributes mail • Prepares for next day scheduled appointments Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • High school diploma or equivalent is required • 1+ years of recent medical office experience or in a similar capacity is preferred • Proficient in basic computer functions • Ability to learn new software quickly • Must possess excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills • Ability to operate standard office equipment • Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm is preferred • Must possess attention to detail • Ability to multi-task, prioritize appropriately, and work well both individually and as part of a team • Ability to respond positively to constructive feedback and direction from supervisors • Must demonstrate professional appearance and manner at all times • Must display a friendly, cheerful, tactful, and polite demeanor, and must be compassionate and caring in dealing with others • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information Forefront will never request personal information, such as your social security number or banking information, via text or email. Your role as a Service Center Specialist will focus on a variety of tasks, both in the office and on the roadway, and no two days will be the same with rotating duties. You will be tasked with efficient time management and ensuring customer satisfaction by: • Issuing driver's licenses and identification documents with accuracy and professionalism. • Administering and scoring driving examinations, including motorcycle, car, truck, passenger, and CDL pre-trip, skills, and road tests. • Applying expert understanding of driver eligibility, licensing rules, and REAL ID requirements to verify identity and determine qualification. • Reviewing state and federal records to determine issuance and non-issuance decisions accurately. • Completing vision and hearing screenings to ensure applicants meet safety standards. • Capturing customer photos and signatures for official credentials. • Serving as a primary point of contact for customer questions and inquiries, delivering excellent service with every interaction.
