Essential Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned and changed as needed): • The mattress production begins with the gripper where foam is loaded onto the machine for the glue line to assemble. After foam elements are glued, the springs are added and covered with the topper and glued down. The mattress is then put through a cover machine where it is covered and closed. The covered mattress is then sent to packing where labels and protective covering is added before it is put on a pallet and stretch wrapped. • All mattresses must be scanned into IFS before being sent to shipping. • Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency. • Assure that all products are built to the highest standard of quality. • Assure that the daily weekly production is met. • Maintain a constant visual on work being done and raw materials being used throughout the day. • Assure that work practices are in the guidelines of OSHA standards. • Separate recyclable materials from trash and place in appropriate bins. • Adheres and maintains to all safety rules, regulations, and standards. • After completing daily tasks cleans the entire work area, makes sure it is free of clutter and debris, and communicates completion of daily tasks with the Team Leader. • Check isles, walkways, panel boxes and fire extinguishers to make sure they are free and clear of product and clutter. • Adheres to all EBI policies, procedures, and practices and follows Team Leader directives consistently, respectfully, professionally, and effectively in a manner reflecting the quality expectations and standards of conduct of EBI. Primary Objectives • Completing all tasks as delegated by the supervising authority. • Effectively managing time and meeting all specified deadlines. • Complying with the industry standards and safety regulations of working. • Work as part of the team. • When all daily tasks are completed, employee is to contact team lead or supervisor for assignment of other tasks. Requirements • Physical ability to bend, stoop, stand and repetitively lift, push, and pull 50 or more lbs. continuously throughout assigned work shift. • 6 Months to 1 Year Experience preferred. • Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions / directions. • Ability to do basic addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, and measurement using whole numbers, decimals, and fractions. • Ability and desire to perform other duties as assigned as it relates to the scope and nature of our business. • Ability to transfer as needed to other shift and / or department.

Obtains necessary patient registration information, verifies patient insurance eligibility, prepares charts for visits in accordance with SPHPMA protocols and notifies clinical staff of patient's arrival, if applicable. 3. Answers telephone in accordance with SPHPMA telephone etiquette guidelines, taking and relaying messages in a timely manner. 4. Schedules and confirms patient appointments; obtains appropriate information, enters preliminary account data into computer and confirms appointments based on office protocols. 5. May collect payment(s) and ensures timely and accurate posting of payment. 6. Records messages for physician and staff accurately, with complete information required, and ensures that it is routed appropriately through Trinity Health SPHPMA Medical Group EMR system. 7. Assists patients with MyChart-related questions. Keeps current on updates, changes and FAQ's. 8. Accurately documents into SPHPMA systems. 9. Maintains familiarity with physician office, Billing Department and all extended care location basic services and hours of operation to respond to customer requests accurately and promptly. 10. Assists patients and facilities with questions related to referrals, authorizations and requisitions per established protocols. 11. Accurately completes patient forms. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED required. Course work in insurance/billing, medical practice education or seminars are all preferred. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in a combination of patient services, medical reception, call/customer Call Center (medical environment) or other customer service environment. Pay Range: $18.50-23.90 Pay is based on experience. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
