JOB PERKS • Competitive wage paid biweekly • Cash tips • Fun & productive work environment • All you can drink FREE brewed coffee on shift • One FREE specialty drink on shift • Fifty percent off all drinks and food • Flexible schedule • 25% off all retail merchandise • Logoed T-shirts and aprons provided • Ongoing training • Opportunities for advancement with rapidly growing company DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned. • Requires weekend and holiday availability. • Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages, as well as various sweet offerings, in accordance with established service standards (i.e., coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas, pastries). • Clean, sanitize and maintain store. • Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed. • Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed. • Ensure consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory; communicate shortages as necessary. • Efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings. • Research and resolve quality and service complaints and/or issues. • Assist with receiving, unloading, and distributing deliveries. • Additional duties as assigned.
