What You'll Do: • Load and unload tire shipments to and from semi-truck trailers. • Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment to other Bauer Built locations. • Operate various types of forklifts and material-handling equipment while following all safety protocols. • Accurately record and process inventory transactions in the warehouse management system. • Organize, stack, and store tires in designated warehouse locations to maintain efficiency and safety. What You Bring: • Dependable and reliable work ethic. • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. • Task-oriented and self-motivated. • Customer-focused mindset, understanding how warehouse accuracy impacts service. • Ability to lift and handle tires weighing up to 100 lbs. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. • Basic computer skills with strong attention to accuracy.
