Customer Retail Manager Due to customer connectivity, we require this role to be based in Little Rock, Arkansas. The Customer Retail Manager (CRM) will serve as a geographically based retail arm of the sales team and will be accountable for driving the selling, merchandising and distribution efforts at store level. This position will represent the total Kraft Heinz portfolio through pursuing the following business strategies: • Ensuring customer agreements are executed and upheld • Driving distribution & share growth through shelving, new item, void closure and reset activity • Selling against promotional and incremental opportunities to achieve revenue targets • Price monitoring and management • Direction, monitoring, and assistance of agency relationships at store level • Partner with the Kraft Heinz Customer Sales Management team to align on retail specific priorities and expectations • Proactively communicates store level feedback and strategic opportunities with internal partners Essential Functions & Responsibilities • Develop, enhance, leverage field customer relationships • Execute sales & shelving strategies to achieve and surpass revenue, distribution and share targets for all assigned customers • Ensure effective execution of customer agreements and promotional programs • Maintain an effective communication process with agency counterparts to ensure alignment and execution of retail priorities • Work in a team environment with Account Leads and team leadership to maximize growth opportunities. • Fosters thought leadership through strong engagement and effective communication • Displays a growth mindset through best-in-class execution while elevating and influencing others Expected Experience & Required Skills • Ability to work with autonomy with minimal supervision • Valid Driver's License including a favorable driving record (a driving record will be requested as part of the recruitment process) • Ability to be present and working in stores as early as 7:30AM Monday - Friday based on business needs • Ability to be available to work during the weeks leading up to days of critical business need (national holidays plus the big game) • Exemplary interpersonal skills and ability to communicate/negotiate/relationship build with key contacts both internally and externally (all levels of management/associates) • Ability to use statistical skills to identify/evaluate/communicate category performance and store results/opportunities • Previous selling, merchandising or customer service experience is preferred, but also open to candidates with a proven history highlighting their ability to drive and deliver exceptional business results • Keen interest in sales and merchandising • Experience in the CPG Industry preferred – grocery channel experience highly preferred • Ability to demonstrate prioritization skills and multi-tasking capabilities Our Total Rewards philosophy is to provide a meaningful and flexible spectrum of programs that equitably support our diverse workforce and their families and complement Kraft Heinz' strategy and values. New Hire Base Salary Range: $68,900.00 - $86,100.00 Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents. Public Works Construction Inspector

Description Performs inspections of municipal construction projects for compliance with plans, specifications, and federal, state, and local statues and ordinances. Performs routine inspections throughout the duration of the project; performs other routine inspections associated with City and private projects; and serves as liaison between city, contractors and property owners during construction. The essential functions of the job are not limited to those listed in the job description. The City retains the discretion to add to or change the duties of the position at any time. When Assigned to Public Works: • Monitors progress of construction of municipal projects by performing on-site inspections; performing visual observation of construction practice; negotiating plan change orders or construction alterations between city and contractor; assisting the contractor with technical support; reviewing and approving pay requests of contractors and filing daily construction inspection reports for projects; and maintaining records of work performed. • Conducts safety inspections of bridges by reviewing previous inspection reports; scheduling and performing inspections; assisting in stream profiles when needed; climbing underneath bridges or culverts; climbing on top of structures; taking photos for inspection reports; and spending office time filing reports and submitting them to the city engineer. • Inspects curb cut, excavation, storm drain, erosion, and sediment control permits by receiving copies of permits; traveling to location of permits; inspecting the features that the permits cover; approving or disapproving the features as required; and reporting and recording finding on the permits. • Provides emergency response during severe weather (snow, floods, storms, etc.) ADDITIONAL DUTIES • Performs additional duties as assigned. Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED and six months to one year of post-secondary study; two to four years of experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the specific requirements listed above Certifications/Licenses • Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record according to City Criteria. • Certified in trench safety and confined space When working in Public Works: • Certified bridge safety inspector • Certified erosion and sediment control inspector • Asphalt field inspector • Nuclear density • Concrete field inspector • NIMS certification.
