Data Entry Technician (Remote) Medford, OR, United States About the Job The ideal candidate for this position must have a positive attitude and be self-motivated while also taking direction from management. Requires oral/written communication skills and a proven history of providing exceptional customer service at all levels. Part time entry level position within our Customs Brokerage team 15-20 hours per week, hours between M-F 8AM-5PM • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system • Understand and identify customs documentation • Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration • Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct • Provide excellent customer service building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally • Ensure compliance at all times to regulations • Daily execution of workflow and department metrics Qualifications • Associates or Bachelors Degree • Effective interpersonal skills- including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing • Strong organizational and prioritization skills are critical • Proficient computer skills- solid data entry with high accuracy rate, email, internet, Excel, Word, PowerPoint • Growth mindset, eager to learn and develop your skills • Desire for a career in supply chain/logistics Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. UPS is seeking Package Delivery Drivers to safely operate delivery trucks and deliver packages to residential and commercial customers on an assigned route. Drivers are responsible for loading and unloading packages, following a scheduled delivery route, operating a UPS delivery vehicle, and providing excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups. Drivers must be comfortable driving a delivery truck, and some locations may require the ability to drive a manual transmission delivery vehicle.
