Ship/Warehouse Coord NSWHCO Warehouse Full-Time On-site Tulsa, OK 74146, USA Description Essential Duties And Responsibilities: • Data entry for packing list generation and shipping logistics. • Provides coordination for transportation, trucking, and destination verifications. • Provide verification of all materials staged for shipment. • Assists in the generation of additional documentation for international shipments, commercial invoices, proforma invoices and certificates as required. • Assist in customs clearances. • Assist in coordination of in-house packing program and requirements. • Assists in all areas of the warehouse, including operation of forklifts. • Provides coordination of shipping/receiving of quick response shipments. • Prepares all packing lists for shipments, outside processing and customer properties or equipment. • Inspects, verifies and completes incoming work orders and materials from manufacturing. • Coordinates inventory personnel in all Warehousing/Inventory functions. • Perform all tasks as required of a Safety Sensitive position. Other Duties And Responsibilities: • Provides daily dispatch of the shipping log for accounting and sales. • Maintains outside process router file for out-going items and work in progress materials being sent out of facility. • Provides and maintains weekly/monthly/yearly reporting matrix for actual shipment levels. • Maintains good verbal/written communication and a good working relationship with all departments i.e.: Assembly, Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing and Production Control • Problem solving/decision making skills • Attention to detail and accuracy Qualification Requirements: • High school diploma or GED • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Shipping and Receiving/Warehouse coordination • Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively Basic math skills Basic computer knowledge Ability to follow instructions • Forklift and pallet jack experience Physical Requirements: • Frequent, sitting, walking, standing, bending, twisting • Repetitive motion of finger, wrist, elbow, shoulder or neck movement • Precise dexterity • Reading • Occasional light lifting possible, up to 20 pounds • Lifting from floor to waist/waist to shoulder • Speaking clearly • Pushing/pulling forces of up to/over 40 pounds • Frequent reaching at shoulder level or below/over shoulder/shoulder to overhead/while holding objects weighing 5 pounds • Occasional climbing of ladders/scaffolds and stairs • Able to visually inspect • Frequent use of forklifts, power tools and slicing/cutting equipment Work Environment/Environmental Conditions: • Exposure to dust Safety Sensitive Position: • This position is designated as a Safety Sensitive Position as defined by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act. Warehouse/Delivery Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager or Lead Warehouseman, lifts, stores, loads and transports materials, catering supplies and equipment by hand or using industrial trucks, pallet jacks and two-wheeled dollies. Completes deliveries and pickups in a timely manner. Performs all duties efficiently and within established warehouse schedules and timelines. Accepts and verifies incoming shipments of materials and supplies into the Central Warehouse as directed. Fills requests for warehoused materials and supplies on work orders and requisitions promptly and accurately following established procedures. Works quickly and efficiently to pull orders timely. Completes appropriate paperwork accurately on receipt, issue, inventory, movement and storage of all materials and supplies. Assists with assuring that all chemicals received, stored and shipped from the Warehouse are properly packaged and labeled. Helps maintain location and identification system for warehouse inventory; reports problems or updates to Warehouse Lead. Assists with physical inventory duties of warehouse supplies and materials as directed. Assures that security and cleanliness of the warehouse is maintained at all times. Keeps warehouse lead informed of any and all information pertaining to the operations or needs of the warehouse facility. Follows all safety procedures and practices as set forth by the district.
