Summary/Objective The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for buildings/facilities of Green Country Habitat for Humanity (GCHFH) making sure they are in good working order, clean, well-maintained, secure, and meet health and safety standards, including but not limited to: arranging for and directing renovations, repairs, grounds keeping, answering complaints and concerns, creating budgets, making sure all buildings comply with all laws and ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.
