Client Services Representative Do you have a background in recruiting or human resources and have an interest in becoming a part of a fast growing industry? Viridian Staffing is hiring a Client Services Representative, who will partner closely with the Recruiting and Business Developmentto serve our customers by building solid relationships to achieve partnership goals. Founded in 2013, Viridian Staffing is the original, professional staffing, recruiting, and HR consulting firm solely dedicated to organizations in and supporting the commercial, medical, and industrial cannabis / hemp industry. In this role, you'll work closely with the Business Development team in sales presentations and with the Recruiting Team to assist with any analysis of the Client's needs. Using your exceptional customer service skills, you'll help to manage and grow relationships with the Client. As the conduit between the Talent Acquisition team and the Client, you will connect frequently with the Client to ensure all SLA's are met. With your drive and can-do attitude, you will have ample opportunity to grow at Viridian. You also have a growth mindset and are excited to learn from some of the best Recruiters globally, while getting the opportunity to partner with and represent them. You bring with you a Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar business related degree OR 1+ year of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources. If you don't have experience in recruiting, staffing or human resources, ideally you have 1+ year of experience in the cannabis industry. Ideally you will also have experience in either sales or customer service. You should have experience with Google (G-suite) products, Microsoft Word / Excel and be very comfortable using LinkedIn. Ideally, you'll also have experience using a CRM system. This is a remote position, so you should have suitable space for a home office free from disruptions. Delivery Driver The primary function of a delivery driver is to safely and efficiently operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with company policies and Federal and State regulations and to deliver all freight undamaged. Work as a team player to deliver and load and unload materials while providing a world-class customer service experience. Duties & Responsibilities • Inspect truck and trailer for defects to ensure safe operation. • Safely load building materials onto flatbed or boom trucks and unload products at commercial and residential job sites. • Deliver materials to assigned areas as directed by customers while prioritizing personal safety and the safety of others. • Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing. • Maintain records required for compliance with State and Federal regulations. • Report all accidents involving the driver or company equipment. • Lift heavy building materials up to 80 lbs. for loading and unloading. • Provide excellent customer service with a professional attitude. Basic Qualifications • Must have a valid driver's license. • Must have a clear three (3) year Motor Vehicle Report. • Must have knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations. • High School diploma or GED.
