Receiving Warehouse Attendant River Spirit Casino Resort | Procurement | Full Time Department: TUL Warehouse Property: River Spirit Casino Resort Location: Tulsa, OK, US, 74137 Full-Time/Part-Time: Full Time Summary: Responsible for providing services for the Warehouse Department. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the MNGE's policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives. Responsibilities • Responsible for the receipt, storage, delivery and inspection of all items received at the receiving dock and stored in the warehouse. • Follow established policies and procedures for the inspection of incoming materials against order and specification for correctness and defects and arrange for return of defective material, as assigned. • Follow established policies and procedures for coordinating the requisition of materials from the warehouse to user departments. • Responsible for transferring and transporting all materials from Warehouse to user departments. • Follow established policies and procedures to insure that the warehouse facilities are kept clean, safe and orderly at all times. • Provides exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicates in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times. Maintains a professional and safe work environment. • Adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies. • Attend all necessary training or required meetings; provide logs, reports, or information requests. • Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, and/or ability required. Education HS Diploma or GED; ability to read, write and understand English; and/or combination of education & experience. Experience Basic math and computer skills, including email, time-clocks/electronic time-clocks. Previous customer service experience preferred; experience in warehousing or casino/hotel preferred. Licenses/Certifications MCN OPG Gaming License is required. Valid Oklahoma Driver's License is required. Food Handlers License required. Must have the ability to pass comprehensive background check, drug test, and obtain gaming license as required. Job Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform essential functions of this job. Tasks may require sitting, standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling & grasping. Length of time may vary from day to day and task to task. Ability to maneuver in all areas of casino, frequent ascent/descent from bus stairs, travel to various on/off site venues, which may involve elevation changes in surfaces. Ability to lift at least 35 lbs. Visual acuity to discern and examine text, graphics, color and symmetry. Speech to communicate clearly, express ideas and convey information in an understandable manner. Ability to hear for listening comprehension and to understand ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Manual dexterity to operate office equipment and examine documents, records and files.
