Reservations Agent Compensation Amount: 18.00 USD Hourly Job Summary The Reservations Agent must have the ability to perform all reservations call center functions including taking reservations, making outbound calls, email, SMS and website chat communication with guests. Job Description Essential Functions • Manage call activity, email activity, messaging activity, SMS activity and website chat activity at a high, fast volume. • Actively sell rooms to customers while accurately quoting rates, packages, additional fees, and policies. Upsell to higher priced products or packages when possible. • Effectively and respectfully communicate with customers verbally and through email or messaging. • Be aware of individual location promotions, area events, social media activity and digital campaigns to ensure accurate guest communication. • Develop a full working knowledge of the company brand and each individual location including but not limited to location website, product types, destination information, amenity information and hours, location, policies, fees, and ADA specifications. • Respond to guest inquiries (through voice, SMS, email, or social media) and assist in resolving customer complaints. • Accurately post charges and refunds to reservations when necessary. • Perform department opening and/or closing procedures. • Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times. Maintain and enhance the company's image when interacting with clients, guests, associates, and vendors. Skill and Knowledge Requirements Include • High School Diploma. Minimum of at least 18 years of age. • Hotel, front desk, and/or reservations experience preferred • Computer proficiency with the ability to utilize Office 365 as well as Property Management System (PMS) experience. • Demonstrated talent for interacting with a wide variety of people, ability to effectively organize and coordinate multiple priorities; ability to learn and develop new skills; ability to problem solve. • Solid organizational skills for learning and maintaining information. Ability to quickly find/access data for guest assistance. • Excellent interpersonal, administrative, telephone and other communication skills. • Strong customer service abilities. Actively looks for ways to assist customers and coworkers. Physical and Mental Requirements • Ability to sit or stand at a desk in front of a computer for the entire workday. • Ability to work all days of the week and holidays • Reading and writing work-related documents in English. • Speech recognition and clarity, including the ability to understand the speech of customers and co-workers and the ability to speak clearly so that you can be understood by customers and co-workers in English. • Constantly communicates and receives verbal communication with other employees in a fast-paced environment. • Lifting, carrying, and pushing up to 15lbs., occasionally up to 30 lbs. (seldom). • Occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch. Summary/Objective The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for buildings/facilities of Green Country Habitat for Humanity (GCHFH) making sure they are in good working order, clean, well-maintained, secure, and meet health and safety standards, including but not limited to: arranging for and directing renovations, repairs, grounds keeping, answering complaints and concerns, creating budgets, making sure all buildings comply with all laws and ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols. Works with and advises GCHFH leadership on space allocation, equipment and furniture needs and facility maintenance. Develops and directs the preparation of all safety and security rules, standards, and regulations for GCHFH. Ensures all licenses and other required information is maintained properly for government bodies and others as appropriate, and all state and Federal laws are always followed. Audits GCHFH department records verifying their vehicles are inspected daily and weekly, vehicle safety check lists are completed, vehicles maintenance routines are conducted, and that vehicle registration, documentation and records are maintained per standard. Ensures GCHFH follows all regulatory safety (OSHA), security, and reporting guidelines. Maintains all properties by investigating and resolving maintenance issues; landscaping and snow removal. Maintains building systems by contracting for maintenance services; supervising repairs. Secures properties by installing and maintaining security devices; establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures; responding to emergencies. Responsible for GCHFH mow list. Attends all assigned meetings and training sessions. Other duties, as required. Additional Responsibilities Drives a van or box truck and pulls trailers. Loads items at the work site in a safe and courteous fashion. Assists in unloading truck following dock guidelines. Operates powerlift equipment and various power tools. Position Requirements - Skills / Abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline orientated environment. Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and grounds keeping. Ability to use common hand and electrical tools, and an eagerness to learn new skills. Ability to read and check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary. Thorough working knowledge of facility equipment units, their usage, and safety procedures. Understanding of necessary mathematics. Knowledge of simple home improvement materials. Experience / Education High School or GED equivalent. Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices. Forklift and heavy equipment experience. Additional Requirements Must possess valid Oklahoma Driver's License with safe driving record. Must be 25 years of age.
