Overall Job SummaryThe Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. Overview The Delivery Specialist will maintain and operate store vehicles to deliver parts and/or products to professional customers in a safe and efficient manner. This position will also collect money on C.O.D. deliveries and pick up customer returns. Use delivery fleet management hand‑held devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update vehicle mileage, and complete daily vehicle inspections. Keep vehicles clean, maintained, and perform daily inspections prior to operating. Secure delivery vehicles, keys, fuel/fleet credit cards, hand‑held devices, and collected monies at all times. Pick up customer returns—new, warranty, cores—and complete driver return slips. Communicate issues or special customer needs to store management. Report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, or damage immediately. Ensure fuel tank is filled, lock, and secure the vehicle at the end of the day. Clock in/out according to company policy.
