The driver of a school vehicle is charged with the responsibility of safely transporting students to and from their designated pick-up points and assigned attendance areas. The vehicle must be operated in accordance with the laws of the state and the policies, regulations, and procedures established by the school district. The driver must successfully complete the district's school bus driver training program and maintain both the required license and a good driving record.
