Warehouse Associate Monday-Friday, Family Owned, Awesome Perks! Work for a leader in HVAC Distribution! The Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining and operating the warehouse. Warehouse Associate Responsibilities • Unload/Load equipment for deliveries • Help stock the warehouse • Maintain clean warehouse • Treat customers with respect and provide excellent customer experience Warehouse Associate Job Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent • 1-year related experience • Be able to effectively work in a team environment • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Must be able to pass all Pre-Employment Screens Warehouse Associate Physical Requirements • Ability to lift 50+ pounds • Ability to load/unload truck at time of delivery • Ability to sit for 20+ minutes at a time • Ability to push, pull at least 20+ pounds • Ability to reach, bend, twist, kneel, crouch or crawl • Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment We invite you to view our "Essence Video" that details our company.
