Fleet Management • Coordinate routine maintenance for all company vehicles and equipment. • Perform basic preventive maintenance including: oil changes, air filter replacement, wiper blade replacement, tire pressure checks, fluid level inspections, battery inspections. • Schedule outside repairs and warranty work as needed. • Track vehicle maintenance records and service intervals. • Maintain vehicle registration and inspection schedules. • Coordinate fleet cleanliness, washing, and interior organization. • Monitor fuel usage and report maintenance concerns. • Perform routine inspections of company trailers and equipment. • Remove vehicles from service when safety concerns are identified. • Assist with outfitting new service vehicles with shelving, inventory, tools, and equipment. Equipment Management • Maintain warehouse equipment, ladders, generators, pumps, and power tools. • Organize and track company-owned equipment. • Coordinate repairs for damaged tools and equipment. • Ensure equipment is properly stored and ready for technician use.
