Your Purpose: As a back of house team member, your speed and consistency are imperative to our smooth operation and ultimately the satisfaction of our guests. Our high standards of great food and service in a clean environment can only be achieved and maintained by a team that shares our values and desires to do the best job possible for every guest, every day. This includes: Following 4R recipes, reading and understanding prep lists and properly labeling, storing and rotating product. Prepping items that are the backbone of all of our recipes. You are a central part of every guest experience and every meal we serve.
