Team Members (Part-time) If you're looking for a sweet position, then we are looking for you! At Hoffman's, we celebrate by making life sweeter every day! Hoffman's Chocolates is a manufacturer of gourmet chocolates, with several retail locations throughout South Florida. We are currently looking for multiple part-time team members for our newest location inside of the BB&T Center. The Team Member's responsibilities are: • Sell the organization's product and services to new or established customers. • Process payment for products or services, may maintain customer preference records. • Assist the customer in selecting products/services, answer questions and check for stock and availability. • Have a good knowledge of products and provide suggestions to client or customer. • Ensure product is stocked and fill in were product is low or sold out. This role is event-oriented, and our Team Members will work during concerts and Panther's home games! They must have high energy and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. In addition, there will be opportunity for Team Members to also work on our "Sweet Ride" Hoffman's Food Truck during local events, serving as a brand ambassador! REQUIREMENTS: • Must be 16 years of age or older • Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends • Must be outgoing, and enthusiastic about marketing and promotions
