We support pharmaceutical manufacturers and brands in sustainably increasing their performance through data-driven marketing, effective Amazon advertising strategies (DSP & sponsored ads), and smart retail media solutions. We act not only as an agency but also as a strategic partner with a clear focus on growth, efficiency, and digital excellence. Our goal is to make pharmaceutical brands retail media champions. Tasks • Support and development of existing customers in the Amazon & online pharmacies sector • Participation in the implementation of retail media strategies including campaign briefings, monitoring & reporting • Close cooperation with the advertising, content, operations, and BI teams • Contribution to the development of growth approaches (e.g., cross-/upsell ideas) • Organization of timings & preparation of customer meetings • Participation in internal knowledge formats, project reviews & industry updates Qualification • First professional experience (1–2 years) in online marketing, e-commerce, or media – e.g., through internships, part-time jobs, or a first full-time position • Interest in digital project management & data-driven marketing • Basic understanding of online advertising (e.g., Google, Meta, or Amazon is advantageous, but not required) • Analytical thinking, structured working method & enthusiasm for new tools • Very good German skills (at least C1) & good English skills • Communicative demeanor & enjoyment of interacting with customers and internal teams • Secure handling of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace) Benefits • Responsibility from day one, but with clear onboarding & direct support in the team • Flat hierarchies, close cooperation with experienced colleagues • Remote-first approach & modern tools – you work flexibly and digitally • Structured development with a clear perspective towards account manager • Access to an exciting growth market (pharma, Amazon, online pharmacies) • Open feedback culture & focus on personal development instead of corporate bureaucracy • Extra perks: Discounted Urban Sports Club membership We look forward to getting to know you and hopefully welcoming you to our team at eBazaaris soon!
