Steward - 2684 River Spirit Casino Resort | Food and Beverage | Full Time Department: TUL Stewarding Property: River Spirit Casino Resort Location: Tulsa, OK, US, 74137 Full-Time/Part-Time: Full Time Summary: Under the direction of the Sous Chef on duty, the incumbent is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the dish machine Responsibilities: • Operates dish machine and a three compartment washing sink. • Ensures highest sanitation levels for all items previously used so that they may be used again in clean condition and free of any contamination risk. • Removes all trash and maintains loading and receiving areas in safe and clean condition. • Stocks all plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning. • Cleans and sanitizes all food service areas and equipment. • Must have working knowledge of food handling safety and sanitation. • Maintains care and cleanliness of kitchen equipment, walk-ins, work areas, utensils, etc. • Maintains a professional appearance at all times. • May assist culinary staff when required. • Assumes/performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, and/or ability required. Education: Ability to read, write and understand English. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Experience: Basic computer skills, including email, time-clocks/electronic time-clocks. Previous experience required. Licenses/Certifications: Tulsa County Food Handler's Card is required for all F&B positions. Must have the ability to pass comprehensive background check, drug test, and obtain gaming license when required.
