Job description

As a quality control resource, the remote-friendly DHS Case Reviewer will review Reports of Investigation and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance before submission to the government, while collaborating with field staff to identify trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesReview investigative reports, interviews, and record checks for accuracy, completeness, and complianceEnsure all work products meet customer and contract requirements prior to submissionProvide coaching and guidance regarding investigative standards and documentation requirementsRequired QualificationsActive favorable adjudicated T5, T5R or HT security clearanceExperience in DHS operations is highly desiredProven background in quality control or review processesStrong understanding of investigative standards and documentation requirementsAbility to collaborate effectively with field staff and quality assurance personnel
