ROLE DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to support our service team with general administrative and back-office responsibilities. In this role, you'll act as an extra set of hands for the team - helping with day-to-day tasks, assisting with customer needs, and providing coverage whenever team members are out of the office. This position begins at 25 hours per week with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as you grow within the agency.
