The Design Production Coordinator works closely with the Graphic Designers, Production Managers, and Account Executives to oversee the timely management of creating and processing graphic production files. This position will need to export large-format print-ready graphics for print production for trade shows and special events. The Design Production Coordinator will also coordinate with Account Executives to ensure the timely approval of graphic orders based on the event production schedule. Key Contributions of the Role • Follow design layout instructions, pay attention to detail, proofread, and work independently • Provide quality control and maintain compliance with company structural and graphic standards • Work with team members to ensure work is in alignment with client needs • Must understand the oversize print production process to ensure design integrity, color accuracy, and image quality are met • Good typography skills; understanding of layout and design • Work with and understand various file types, such as Vector, PDF, and Raster to prepare files for Print Production team members using digital printers • Nights and weekends may be required to accommodate show schedules and seasonal workload Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Production, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, (or similar) or 2-3 years (minimum) of experience in oversize print production graphics or trade show graphics • Required experience with the following 2D software programs: • Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and WebEx • Windows-based design environment • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work well with groups • Ability to work well under pressure and demand • Ability to adjust designs based on constructive feedback and/or customer request • Possess a can-do attitude and positive nature towards projects and teamwork Aligning With Our Values for Success • Demonstrate Core Values of Caring, Commitment, Integrity, Spirit, Responsiveness, Inclusivity, and Teamwork • Ability to perform as a responsible ESOP owner by making daily decisions to benefit the client and the company • Treat all internal and external customers with courtesy and respect, as outlined in our Blue Diamond Customer Service Program Please note that the roles and responsibilities outlined in this job description are not exhaustive and may be subject to change. Description Perform routine protective service and responsible human support work in the City Jail and the annex; does related work as required. Position involves a variety of public safety duties in the Sheriff's Office. Processes the inmates into the penal institution taking charge of personal effects and advising them of institutional rules and regulations. Attends to the personal needs and activities of the prisoners according to institutional needs and requirements; Conducts periodic security checksof the inmates as well as the institution grounds; Escorts and transports inmates to judicial proceedings and other institutions; Prepares records and reports of daily activity; Reports to work on assigned duty schedule; Performs other reasonable duties as assigned. The selected specialist will help Axyde determine whether proposed projects address credible market needs, strengthen diversified and resilient supply chains, possess commercially supportable product and customer strategies, and create realistic opportunities for U.S. equipment, technology, software, and services. Assignments may begin with incomplete or inconsistent market data and require rapid, independent, and defensible conclusions. Axyde welcomes specialists with deep expertise in one or more mineral value chains, market-analysis methods, industrial-policy questions, trade and logistics, customer qualification, procurement, or U.S. export opportunities.
