Operations Associate The Operations Associate will be a core structure of our Operations Team. The role requires strong organizational skills, creative problem solving, and extraordinary time management skills. Luminary Travel is a fast paced environment with lots of daily changes that require adaptability. It is very important to have the ability to manage stressful situations and execute detailed tasks in a calm and controlled manner. The Operations Associate is the key to making sure that our trips are planned/executed meticulously and go off without a hitch. We are looking for someone who enjoys travel planning and is able to view trips from both the Clients eyes and the Travel Planners point of view to make decisions that are always best for our clients. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree • Minimum of two (2) years of work experience • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask • Exceptional listening skills with the ability to quickly identify issues and proactively solve problems • Tech-savvy and comfortable with navigating web-based reservation programs, helpdesk software, internet searches, airline websites/apps, SMS messaging, and smartphone apps • Dependable and flexible with work schedule • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment • A passionate approach to customer service, positive attitude, and strong work ethic • Professional verbal, and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, terminology, tone, cadence, and pronunciation • Must be able to work various shifts including irregular shifts, holidays, and weekends • Must own smartphone • Be able to pass a criminal and employment background check Preferred Skills • Multi-lingual • High level of cultural awareness • Knowledge of or experience in the Travel Industry • Experience working in a remote environment • Knowledge of Salesforce and Axus softwares Initial Responsibilities • Accurately book reservations and ensure all service details are collected on behalf of the clients • Assist with the planning and finalization of client travel itineraries • Research hotel rates and room options as part of the trip planning process • Cross check and reconfirm client itineraries with vendors and partners to ensure accuracy prior to trip start date • Input/update and ensure accuracy of Client Itineraries information entered into Axus (Itinerary Software) • Input/update and ensure accuracy of information entered into Salesforce • Answer busy incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages in a professional and timely manner • Coordinate details of new and existing service reservations • Update reservations with changes and additions as needed • Assess what service details are missing and reach out to the Client Service Manager to collect as needed • Manage and prioritize a lengthy queue of daily/weekly tasks within Salesforce's task list • Send daily reminders of upcoming services via email and text to clients and concierge • Exhibit utmost confidentiality with clients and client information • Accept and accurately process credit card payments and invoices for services rendered • Provide excellent customer service to clients • Other adhoc travel planning projects Compensation & Perks: • Competitive Salary • Generous Healthcare Benefits for US-based employees • 401K Offering for US-based employees • Annual Team Retreat • Ongoing opportunities for professional development • Discounted Hotel Rates and Complimentary nights when available on World Travel • The chance to be part of a growing, driven company with room for advancement!

Job responsibilities include: • Reviews, monitors and ensures compliance with assigned program area's policies and procedures. • Evaluates highly complex medical situations and prepares survey documents under strict deadlines. • Leads, plans, organizes, and directs all nursing activities in assigned facility. • Responsible for the quality of nursing care delivered in hospitals, public health facilities, and community based programs. • Directs subordinate supervisors and staff. • Provides staff development including orientation, in-service training, workshops and continuing education for all levels of nursing staff. • Reviews state, federal, and other regulatory standards information in order to direct the quality improvement activities and achieve compliance. • Plans and organizes the survey according to the facility's services, size and compliance history. • Gathers data to determine compliance with applicable guidelines through on-site interviews with facility staff and/or clients, observation of procedures, inspection of environment and/or equipment, and review of applicable records. • Compiles report of findings and deficiencies with appropriate evidence to support deficiency. • Recommends adverse action if appropriate and notifies facility of findings. • Reviews and monitors facility's Plan of Correction to determine compliance with applicable guidelines and timeliness of corrective action. • Focuses survey in response to the priority of client's needs and/or complaints, and as findings emerge, changes survey focus accordingly. • Coordinates activities with appropriate agencies. • May assist in providing training and guidance to new employed surveyors. • Expected to remain current on both federal and state requirements for long term care facilities through regular training and review of materials. • May serve as team lead worker • Other duties as assigned. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university and five (5) years of experience as a Registered Nurse, two (2) years of which in an administrative or supervisory capacity and current Georgia license as a Registered Professional Nurse; or eight (8) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (HCP073) or position equivalent, two (2) years of which in an environment related to the area of assignment, four (4) years of which as a supervisor and current Georgia license as a Registered Professional Nurse. Note: Some positions may require a certification or licensure. Possession of a valid Georgia driver's license, which would enable the applicant to drive in Georgia, and use of a car at work, are required for employees in this job. Position requires extensive statewide and overnight travel (90%). Occasional weekend and after-hours work may also be required. Note: After hire, this position is required to successfully complete all preparatory training provided, including successful completion of the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test within the first 12 months of employment as required by Sections 1819(g) (2) (C) (ii) of the Social Security Act, as amended, and Article IV (B) of the Agreement pursuant to Section 1864 of the Social Security Act. Upon successful completion of the SMQT, this position is eligible for a pay increase.
