Collecting payments on assigned delinquent accounts, the full-time Call Center Collector will review documentation, contact customers via telephone and written correspondence, and arrange repayment schedules to minimize organizational loss in a remote setting.Key responsibilitiesReview documentation and contact customers to collect payments on delinquent accountsArrange repayment schedules to minimize financial loss for the organizationMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment agreementsRequired qualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentTwo to three years of experience in collections and/or customer service activitiesKnowledge of loan collection policies and fair debt collection practicesAbility to organize and interpret information effectivelyFamiliarity with relevant laws related to debt collection
