What You Will Do • Under the supervision of the DON, you'll assume responsibility and accountability for assigned core programs • Responsible for all infection control monitoring, tracking, and prevention • Make frequent rounds to ensure nursing staff are following their assigned duties and redirect as necessary • Ensure the nursing stations are well organized, cleaned, and stocked appropriately • Participate in development and implementation of resident specific care plans • Any other tasks as directed by the DON • Complete resident treatments as needed • Maintain clean and orderly med room on unit • Attend meetings as required • Assess and implement care plans for all residents • Work closely with other departments to coordinate care for residents Must Have • Current Washington LPN license without any enforcement action against it • Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a skilled nursing setting preferred • Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities.
