To support patients in obtaining their prescriptions, the part-time hourly Remote Healthcare Call Center Rep will assist with inbound and outbound calls, provide empathetic service, and utilize call center software to manage accounts and communicate with insurance companies.Key responsibilitiesAssist patients with prescription medication inquiries and concernsHandle inbound and outbound calls while ensuring quality service and compliance with HIPAA regulationsUtilize call center software for account research and documentation updatesRequired qualificationsAt least 1 year of previous call center experience, preferably in a high-volume environmentProficient in using computers and call center softwareAbility to work from a quiet location with a reliable internet connectionGood verbal and written communication skills
