Family Dollar is seeking Warehouse Workers to assist with receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise in a distribution center environment. Warehouse Workers are responsible for unloading trucks, sorting merchandise, scanning inventory, picking store orders, packing boxes, labeling shipments, stacking pallets, and organizing warehouse inventory. Employees may work in receiving, order picking, packing, shipping, or inventory departments depending on warehouse needs. This position typically pays $15 to $21 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, overnight shift differential, holiday pay, and performance-based bonuses depending on shift and location.Warehouse Workers are responsible for unloading deliveries, scanning inventory into warehouse systems, picking merchandise for store orders, packing and labeling shipments, stacking and wrapping pallets, organizing warehouse inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Employees must follow warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards while working in a fast-paced distribution center environment. Asset Protection Specialist | Home Depot Position Purpose: The Asset Protection Specialist is primarily responsible for preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud and supporting safety and environmental program compliance in their assigned store/multiple stores. They utilize tools to minimize loss to the Company, including but not limited to identifying incidents of theft and fraud, reviewing CCTV and exception reports, monitoring the store's physical security, auditing the Electronic Article Surveillance and driving a shrink elimination culture in the store. Other responsibilities include: preparing accurate and detailed case reports documenting your apprehensions and recoveries, preserving evidence, interacting with law enforcement and testifying in criminal and civil court actions. Maintenance Technician The Maintenance Technician's primary goal is to provide exceptional service to our residents. The Maintenance Technician will work hand-in-hand with the Maintenance Supervisor to provide skilled, efficient and professional service. Through dedication and uncompromised service, this position can be promoted to Maintenance Supervisor. The position of Maintenance Technician reports directly to the Property Manager. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance of the property, including but not limited to: • Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning, appliances, and any other aspect as needed. • Perform apartment turnover maintenance in three to five business days and turnover checklist completion. Turnover maintenance includes but is not limited to: installation of blinds, change filters, replace bulbs, replace drip pans as needed, and replace door stoppers, caulk, and other miscellaneous repairs as needed. • Common area maintenance includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash, pressure washing, cleaning windows etc. • Monitor building exterior for issues with roof, siding, shutters, etc. • Help maintain an effective preventive maintenance program for area of responsibility. • Assume primary responsibility for the safe condition of all equipment or structures in area of expertise. • Enter any newly purchased tools or equipment into inventory. • Keep work area clean and orderly. • Observe all safety rules. Qualifications • Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance coverage. • HVAC certification preferred.
