Job description

Teaching courses in Organizational Administration, the part-time hourly Instructor will plan and deliver instruction on topics such as Office Systems, Financial Accounting, and Employee Relations while assisting students and evaluating their progress.Key responsibilitiesPrepare lesson plans and deliver lectures while facilitating Project-Based Learning (PBL)Evaluate and monitor student progress using various assessment toolsOrganize field outings for student enrichment and contribute to program improvementRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in business administration, HR, or a related fieldTwo or more years of industry-related experience preferredAbility to teach up to 27.5 hours per weekParticipation in professional development activitiesExperience with academic advising to support student growth and retention
