Customer Service Claims Representative Work Arrangement: Remote (Eastern or Central Time Zone Preferred) Training Start Date: Monday, August 17, 2026Location Requirements:Candidates must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.Candidates located in California or New York are not eligible.Weekend availability is required.Training Schedule Duration: 2 WeeksSchedule: Monday FridayHours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM ESTWork Schedule After Training Hours of Operation: 10:00 AM 8:00 PM EST, 7 days per week5-day workweekOne scheduled weekend day requiredOne weekday off8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunchPossible Shift Options 10:00 AM 6:30 PM EST10:30 AM 7:00 PM EST11:00 AM 7:30 PM EST11:30 AM 8:00 PM ESTPosition Overview The Customer Service Claims Representative serves as the first point of contact in the claims process by assisting customers, assigning claims to the appropriate claims professionals, and ensuring accurate claim information is entered into the claims management system.
