Call Center Representative (Remote) US CITIZENS ONLY Mesa, AZ, United States Or refer someone Job Openings Call Center Representative (Remote) US CITIZENS ONLY About the Job Call Center Representative (Remote) US CITIZENS ONLY Responsibilities • Respond to high volume inbound telephone inquiries from potential patients of the dental practices we support • Schedule and confirm new patient appointments • Compassionately handle questions/concerns as helping consumers is our #1 goal • Use trained sales tactics to reach company goals of appointments set • Various duties as assigned by the Call Center Leadership team Minimum Education & Experience • High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelors preferred • Retail, sales, food service, marketing, or Customer Service Experience preferred • Strong keyboarding skills. • Outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills. • Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus • Passion for helping others • Drive to succeed and desire to grow within an organization Or refer someone
