This is a Full-Time , fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service and is adept at resolving queries efficiently through digital communication channels. As a key member of our support team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly wage of $28 - $35 USD per hour .Universal Logistic Inc. is a leading asset-light provider of customised transportation and logistics solutions across the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
